The location is magnificent, to other Somerset pubs.

Easy check-in, attentive employees. Very impressed with king room by a great breakfast. Lots of facilities like: coffee/tea making equipment, a flat-screen television and a dining area.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff truly made our stay special. The generous breakfast and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.

It's just a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk to the amazing wells cathedral.

The Beautiful Double Room featured a spacious layout, with tasteful décor that offered a cozy, inviting vibe. The location, just a stroll away from local attractions, made it easy to explore without hassle.

The bed could use a bit more width. Swapping out those bedside drawers for extra space would do wonders. Parking is a bit of a tight squeeze-there's limited on-site availability, although I noticed an old shop down the road for additional parking, made managing luggage a tad tricky. Noise levels can get a bit lively at night and in the morning, but it didn't really disrupt my stay.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious homemade ice cream. The enchanting garden and dog-friendly vibes made my stay extra special. I’d definitely come back.

Parking can be a hassle. The limited spots right in front filled up fast, forcing us to scout for alternatives and even utilize nearby spaces at a disused shop. The shower's low ceiling required a bit of hunching, which, while not a dealbreaker, might be inconvenient for taller guests.

From check-in to check-out. My room was clean and spacious. The pub on-site was lively, and the food was delicious, especially the pie! Big shoutout to peter for his genuine hospitality.

The owners were genuinely friendly. My room was clean and spacious, and the food was excellent, especially the home-cooked meals. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. It would have been nice to have a larger selection of beverages at the bar.

Couple's weekend escape

The atmosphere was just what we needed after a long week, cozy and cute. The owners were genuine, even chatting with us about the local area. The food was very nice, especially the freshly made Victoria sponge, I mean, I had to try it, right?

It wasn't cheap but honestly still worth it.

The staff were super friendly, and the meals we tried were fantastic. The cozy bar area is great for winding down. Our room was comfy and had all the nice touches. Just a heads up, parking was a bit cramped, but that's not a deal-breaker. We really enjoyed our stay!
